Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for returns.
- Certain items, such as clearance items or those marked “Final Sale,” may not be eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not qualify for returns once opened, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.
- Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Trackable Shipping: For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery failure, or refusal to accept delivery, you may:
- Request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
- Request a refund for the item cost only (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds for returned-to-sender packages will only be processed once the items are received and inspected.
